I gain 50 with in the 1st 6m. that was without all the processed foods.

I know there are I have never use premade bread crumbs. Just due to having to order them or drive over 1 hour to get them. You can make your own by drying bread out and using a cheese grater.

I have been on it for 1 year . The 1st 6 week I could not eat sweets It was like dirt. I'm glad You asked I'm only 27 and this happens to me too. It happen about 15 min doing most exercise, but with runing it happen faster. I have been glad I make it.

I have Celiac too I feed my family of 5 for $450-500 a month. we do eat a lot of organic food, but that is mainly do to what costco has. Buying on sale or in bulk is your best bet for g free food.

After a baby it can take up to 2-3 year before your tummy looks like it did before.

I have it and when my baby stated eating baby (20m) food and had a hard time the did blood work. after it came back + that is all they are going to do on her. till she is a lot older just told to keep her on a gluten free diet.

that doesn't work with oats . you have to look for it to say it on the bag. its hard with your starting out to know what to look for.

Did you get oat that are Gluten Free, It will say it on the bag. even the steel cut oat may test + due to cross contamination. I have learn this the hard way.

Please be careful with your shin splints. I was geting them and working thourgh them till I could not stand on my leg any longer. I found out I have stress fracture, now Im down for a long time. Please wear shoes, bearfoot is not alway better it can do more damage.

It gets better with time, like you I have been at this for a while. At the point I don't think of my self on a diet, 90% of day I can do it with out thinking. I have some day I eat a couple cookiesor a pudding cup. I have not had a hard time getting back on track the next day.

I get Bobs red mill gluten free and I have had no issue. I cook them in the crokpot over night.

I seen the bread I use it before and had no issues but udis taste is a lot better. you can find it in the frozen foods.

I sent a list to you hope it help it has helped me over the last 10 years. the loaf looks ok but you never know about Cross contamination with wheat, rye, barley and most oat.

I would not do it even in my house where there are 2 that can not have it my other my eat some thing with gluten in it. if you doing it for weight lose. there is more cals and less nutrition in g free food. I understand we go though the same thing with our 5 year old. we were told the same thing about letting her have time my her self. It has helped but it is hard keeping her 2 younger siblings away. its not a rant I have felt the same way

Im a stay at home mom of 3 I had a HRM of a week without doing anthing but housework, and takeing care of my kids I burn about 3000 cals a day. I do wear a pedometer and I have 27000 step in (part is my morning walk). you may want to think about what you do.

You have to be eating gluten to be tested. That is why my 19 month old who shows the signs has not been tested yet. As adults I think it is better to know if you have it or not.

It hard the smaller your body gets when I was a 42 F I could get them now 36 F I can find them I like underwire sports bras maybe that the issue. now I wear my minimize bra then a high impact sports bra and just hope I dont come out the top.
