I had the same issue, but mine was do to having high arch and the way I was turning my foot when I ran. The doctor gave me insoles and I never had that issue again.

I have went from 298 and currently I'm at 183 My goal is 150 and I'm 30, I have done it slowly and have very little extra skin.

I have been using coffee grounds everyday as a body scrub for the last 3 months. it has help but I did not have a massive amont due to losing it slowly just like you did.

I had a scan done about 6m ago even if I BMI test with the calculator its still about the same just 1% off.

basically my fitbit will add calorie as if I consumed them. unlike active day where it will take them add like exercise.

I have Had a cheat day every week I eat 2000 calorie 400 extra calories. It' the day I eat the whole eggs or a sandwich on bread instead it being lettuce wraped.it's not all unhealthy foods.

I love my elliptical, It a great work out. with my kids I can not find time to go to the gym. only thing I have done are walks, dvd and elliptical. if your on it for a hour that is a great burn.

I just use less of it and measure it very carefully. Like you I refuse to eat margarine just do to not know whats in it or what it could do to my kids.

I'm just having a hard time think I could burn almost 2600 (it sync as I was sitting at pc) calories in one day. I just did not want to do anything wrong. My DD is 5 1/2 and any time there is change or she is over stimulated she can have violent meltdowns.They have been working on them for years. good luck
