i also have those 4-6 pounds that drive me nuts...but i also have a problem not eating and exercising..so i do not know. did you try high protein diet. did miracles for me one time in my life.

Girls you might want to try Medifast: it is the diet that helped go from 158 to 138 this january. It is really effective and I thought it is fun.

First week on my diet, i was the same. I will overeat or cheat a little at dinner time. My tip: eat lotsa meat at dinner: it fills you up and you will not ruin your diet. It has been helping me the second week.

i had a hard time with motivation too. i had the same amount of pounds to lose. it took me two weeks to get motivated to follow my fitness and diet plan. i would think of how great it feels or of my skinny jeans. i would eat protein a lot and in the evening. protein in the evening really helps.

Cutting calories definitely helps but it might be hard if you are eating a little to begin with.
