Happy Monday- I am on spring break this week so I pan on getting some much needed things done. I did lose weight since my Saturday weight in—I just have to keep focused on what I need to do!!

Cancer survivor here (breast). They will have a nutritionalist available for you. Everyone reacts to chemo differently. Feel free to message me, it can be a bumpy road. I will be a year out from finishing chemo at the end of March and finished all treatments in July.

I like to make a sweet potato "chili" for lunches. Canned tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, sweet potatoes (peeled and chopped), meat protein (I have used ground turkey, ground beef), onion, salsa (if you have it), broth/stock (if you want it more soupy). I shop Aldi and do use Walmart Grocery Pick Up. I also try not to bring my 13 yo son with me. He adds a lot of food to the cart! Happy Sunday! Been doing ok. Went for dr. Appointment check ups. The scale hasn’t moved, but down a dress size. Had to up my thyroid medication—I have had hypothyroidism for 19 years. Getting ready to go on vacation—my 30th high school reunion! I will make good food choices!

I am 48 and have bone on bone knee arthritis. I am always up for supportive friends! I do CrossFit as my exercise and love it.

Knew injury? What about chair exercises, YouTube has some. I am losing inches. Down a dress size. Not too much movement on scale.

I have found that I can’t eat in a restrictive plan. It doesn’t fit for my lifestyle. I have learned I do better on a lower carb diet, but no doing Keto at all. Just balancing my carbs, eating more protein. Find what works for you

Scale hasn’t moved much..actually gained and none of my clothes fit—too big. So lossorry no inches but not seeing the scale move. I have ditched the scale!

I am also a teacher! I work a year round calendar so our last day (for my track) is June 29!!! I then go back July 19!!
