Yeah I've been the same way for the most part, shirts fit a little looser but still fit. But jeans pretty much quit fitting when I lose 10 pounds.

Ohhh ok! Thank you!! :) I don't give myself enough credit for all the progress I made. I'm just always like "need to do better" but when I stop and think about it, it took a lot of willpower for me to do all the things I've done to get where I'm at. To see some single digit clothing numbers is awesome!

Haha yeah some of mine I held on to too long but then I was like "I am never letting myself get back into that size" so I sold them and bought some new clothes that fit. :)

Believe it or not "name-brand" stores have bought my Target and Wal-mart clothes.... I was shocked.

Thank you! I think I'm just getting impatient after losing 15 pounds, my weight loss has slowed so I was wondering if my calorie intake was to blame. :P That's good that I wasn't eating too little!

The idea does make sense to me. I don't plan to go paleo but the idea of not eating an ingredient you don't recognize/can't pronounce seems logical. Not saying that's all there is to the paleo diet.
