So it took me about an hour but i finally figured out how to post the spreadsheet on here without a million complicated steps. So from now on the spreadsheet will be up each tuesday after monday weigh in's. Hope everyone thinks its pretty :)

Just post your weight before the end of today and your in.... I wasn't really thinking of challenges just a weekly/monthly challenge of losing weight. We are doing it by % lost.

I love how many responces we keep getting! It is not too late for anyone! Weigh in's are mondays! If you weigh on a different day and want to post that weight, go for it. Just remember to try to get your weight posted on mondays.

Okay so Monday Weigh in's for sure. Everyone seems to like that idea. Google Docs sounds great but someone would have to help me out with that and % weight loss is the only way for it to be fair since we have such different starting weights!

Make sure you discuss your options with the people that run the program. They might have some helpful insight to what you can do and if there is a near by gym. They can also provide you with an idea of what meals you will be eating.

First off. You can KILL your kidney's with too much protein and you can leech calcium from your bones, weaking your bones. Please have your doctors check your thyroid. It can cause massive hair loss and various symptoms thoughout the entire body. Your body doesn't get the right amount of hormones and reeks havoc on your systems. This is an easy blood test if you haven't gotten it done yet. Hope you get better!

I can so relate. I had a boyfriend that did sort of the same thing. Although i lost a lot of weight at first i gained a lot back and now i'm back here again trying to make it work. Having someone's face to throw it in makes that extra workout seem worth it.
