I wouldn't log something like ironing. I would log a major cleaning project that was 30 minutes + that is not a regular thing, like a deep cleaning. I wear my HRM if I'm doing a multi-hour baseboard and floor scrubbing, rearranging project, but daily vacuuming, cleaning, dishes, putting away laundry I do not log.

I use the apple bbq one a lot with chicken breast in the crock pot. Then I shred it and put it on a piece of toast. Super low cal and good!

I despise mayo so I second the avocado and greek yogurt You can also use sour cream But I use Vegenaise It's a vegetable based, egg free spread that will give the creamy texture without the mayo taste. It is so mild in taste you basically won't taste it!
