I did fail to mention I keep it at a 1 to 1.5 incline. It is always fast walk, not running yet. Thanks! I generally take 35 cals off whatever it tells me.

I hate shaving. I have super sensitive skin. I make absolutely no apologies. I rarely defur and it has yet to inhibit me in any way. I just. Don't. Care. Any men who have a problem with it aren't meant to date me, and any women, well it's not your body so why do you care?

I woke up last night at 2 am and ate a king size nutrageous. I logged it, but ended up 1,000 calories over yesterday. *kitten* happens and today is a new day. I also used to wear spanx tanx with everthing. My boobs are very happy that I've lost enough weight to feel comfy not wearing them. It's awesome!

I just purchased a three day sample kit of Jenny Craig to use in conjunction with MFP. To the people asking why? I am burned out on meal planning and grocery shopping. Planet Fitness has my vote because it's 1) Close to work 2) Huge and always has an available machine 3)Cheap for what I want to do there 4) Does not make me sign a contract. I can leave whenever I want if I feel it no longer fits my needs. I have not found one other gym in my town that does not make me sign a year long…

Buying a new nail color to paint myself as well as regular manicures has become a reward for both the nail biting and exercising! Feeling good about myself, even with something as small as my nails, helps keep me on track with all my goals.
