so since fresh corn is now in season and rather cheap (at least in nj, usa) what are your favorite corn recipes?

My #1 fave is Mexican corn. Your grill the cob, then put a light layer of mayo around it, roll it in grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Not the healthiest but delish.

Yesterday I tried something new from the Food Network called confetti corn and it was a really good side salad.

We like to rub fresh corn with chili garlic sauce and a little soy sauce and grill it.

I grill it and cut it off the cob to toss in just about everything. LOVE sweet summer corn!
