I make a batch if peach salsa or pineapple/mango salsa (taste of home recipe). I get salad greens (usually spinach or kale blends) and use a pouch of starkest tuna creations or canned chicken. Voila. Doesn't need any dressing because of the salsa and super low cal. Sometimes I throw in avocado.

I've deleted for several reasons, mostly inactivity, but I did a mass delete of a bunch of people I didn't want to delete once because I was clicking in wrong "x". I was trying to delete inactive people but was looking at the "x" on the wrong side. No idea how many people I wanted to keep who I did this too. Whoops.

I'm 5'6 and very much in the middle of this journey. My starting weight when I got serious was 242 in December of 2013. I'm down 26.4 lbs now at 216. I've done some DDP yoga. My sister-in-law and brother live in an area with a certified instructor. It was a great exercise, and was way more intense and calorie burning than I anticipated. It is supposed to be great for persons with injury, so maybe for now it would be a better program for you!

Not having to grocery shop and meal plan/prep for two. Sounds like a little thing but man it is exhausting and money/time consuming to always have to plan out a week's worth of meals for two people and do all the shopping/planning/cooking I want to eat what I want when I want and only cook for me!

I've become self conscious at the gym before because of the noise. I too felt like I was making way more noise than anyone next to me and making the stupid thing shake really bad. I always feel like I'm going to break them.
