My mother tends to try every weight loss plan out there- Arbonne, Body By Vi, Juice Plus, etc so I end up getting to try it all as well. I do use a meal replacement shake regularly by Garden of Life called Perfect Meal. It is not direct sales- it can be purchased many places. I use it to meet my calorie goal on days I'm…

Cheese I guess it wasn't really a shocker, I knew it was going to be a lot of calories, but I was amazed at how many calories I could lob off of a salad, sandwich, bowl, etc by not including cheese. And I love cheese.

I suggest you jump ship on this thread and join the private Child Free by Choice group. It's much easier to discuss our decision there without parents barging in to tell us what we're missing/what they consider to be child free/etc. I really don't care what you decide to call it, but if that's your definition and that is…

I had a lot of issues with GymPact and ended up losing way more money than I made, and when I decided to terminate the program because of technical issues that were never resolved they refused to pay me out. Now I use AchieveMint which does not charge you money for not doing anything just gives you points for your healthy…

I've read that they tend to overestimate if you have a job where you do a lot of typing- that the hand movement can throw it off.

I'm currently a 42F or a 42DDD and I wear an Enell sportsbra in size 4. I highly recommend an Enell and get a size 5.

The Departed Seriously, what a cop-out just to kill everyone. Totally eliminates having to actually write an ending, and I wasn't even shocked that they died. I just felt like Scorsese didn't have time to write a script where the characters had to deal with the bs they created.

My go to salad is spinach, chicken (I buy pre-cooked strips), goat cheese, sliced honey roasted almonds, berries, and balsamic dressing. Sometimes I leave the berries out and use a berry dressing I also like to do blue cheese crumbles and buffalo dressing. Or a cucumber/tomato salad in rice vinegar with some seasoned salt.…

When I first started working out with a personal trainer our leg day workouts would leave me so sore sitting on the toilet was painful. Now, I still get sore but never to that extent. If your form is right and your soreness is "regular" and not from injury then you just have to endure!

Truth! I also forgot to add that after sautéing it I put it in a strainer in the sink to get out more moisture. I did include, though, that I pressed it with paper towels inititally.

I decline when it is a grown man who I don't know with no message and obviously has nothing but women on his friend's list.

It was very easy to use and inexpensive. There are identical ones on Amazon for $14.95 by a different brand as well. It does leave a pencil shaped core at the end of your veggie. It can accept very large veggies. It has a circular holder with a pin you can use but because my zucchini and squash were so thin I ended up just…

If you don't like oatmeal then don't eat oatmeal. However, Quaker makes an "alternative" that is Warm and Crunchy Granola. I like the Apple Cinnamon. You use a 1/4 cup of milk, almond milk, or soy milk, whatever you prefer, and heat it for 30 seconds. I don't think it's like oatmeal at all.

Ah I'm glad you said that because I forgot to add that I added garlic to the hot pan for one minute before putting the noodles in!

Just got back from Bell's Brewery in Kalamazoo last month. Got to go to the Oberon release party. Looooooove. Had a Left Hand Nitro Milk Stout last night. I love craft beer, I love porters and stouts, but I still drink $7.39 12 packs of Miller High Life as well.

I don't think the married or committed women who are responding are showing lack of loyalty/faithfulness-they just have valid opinions as well. Opinions from when they were single, opinions from being mothers, friends, sisters, etc.
