Not an actual PR but I've never unracked this weight before. Thanks to advice from @SideSteel , I was able to unrack 130lbs for 2 paused singles with minimal fatigue. Only had a liftoff for my AMRAP set at this weight and squeezed out 5 clean reps!! https://www.instagram.com/p/BSwQxQgFS0J/

I would also second this. Wendler is good if you are an intermediate lifter and if you have established 1rep maxes on all main lifts. Stronglifts is definitely a good app to start out with. @SideSteel I followed your suggestions and made sure to keep my eyes under the bar as I am already unracking from a low height. I managed to unrack my 125lb singles. It was slow going but doable. soo that's an unracking PR for me lol.

Unfortunately there is only one rack with adjustable pegs at the gym and it is usually in very high demand. My best back squat is 215lbs and the last time I tested max front squat it was 140lbs. Funny enough, my current 1RM is 5lbs more than my 1RM front squats. I guess they aren't my jam! Haha

No OHP? Lol. I also a fan of incorporating accessory work to help build up those main lifts. But sometimes, especially if I have a busy schedule, I'll do 2 of the main lifts in a day and maybe 1 or 2 accessories. So I guess you could say I alternate between splits and full body in my own way lol.

Agreed it's all about form and over use. Ex: even standard overhead pressing can put one at risk for shoulder impingement, especially if they use improper technique or are hypermobile.

Oh god stuff like that is just awful. Also Turkish get ups with a loaded barbell or anything weighed on an Indo/balance board. Unless you go by jujimufu, you will get hurt doing most of that stuff.
