Did murph this weekend and tried RXing as many pull ups as I can. I got at total of 55 pull-ups before scaling/ saving my hands from ripping. That's probably double the amount of Kipping pull-ups I did last year :)!

I usually use j hooks and the squat rack if it isn't busy to add 45lb plates on the bar. It's definitely a lot less fighting with the bar haha.

Rest is programmed differently in the examples you show, if that's what you are asking. Your PPL, REST, PPL= day 1 push, day 2 pull, 3 legs with 4th day as rest between day 5 push, 6 pull, 7 legs. I have a pair of Nano 2.0's. I have had them for over a year, and they are comfortable, durable and versatile. I heard the 2's are much more comfortable than the 4's and they are super cheap since the 5's came out. For heavy oly lifting and squats, I wear pendlay do-wins.

I have a love/hate relationship with crossfit. I love that it challenges people to push themselves to reach new heights and set new goals.
