Hi! I had that goal too so I def know where you're coming from. Now it's more like fit by 42 considering I'll be 41 in a month! :embarassed: Our stats are pretty much the same tho...and been at it for three weeks and lost 10lbs so it's def doable! Lots of info on here so read read read...eat your protein...weigh and log…

Agree 100%...needed to be blended really well and milk or almond milk...I also prefer mine cold so I use a blender or nutribullet and put couple ice cubes and/or frozen fruit

I'm not sure protein is determined by your sex...I believe it's your weight and activity level. I think you should up it...maybe check out Eat, Train, Progress group and ask in there? Sara and Sidesteel are very helpful... I do think that is very low...

I thought I had a reasonable grasp of IIFYM, but forgive me for still being in the super constricting or I won't ever lose weight mentality! :embarassed: More info about me...
