I'm on the 1st day of level 2 of the 30 day shred. In the last 7 days I have lost 2lbs and 2 inches of my waist so I am going to keep it up. Hi Everyone, I would like to join T.H.E as I think I need some support. My current weight is 10 stone 5lbs and my goal weight is 9 stones so I have quite abit of work to do. I wil weigh in on Monday..look forward to hearing from you x
