  • Try to get more fibre into your diet it makes you stay fuller longer.
  • First off I'd like to say I hope you all are doing great. Second we have 64 people participating in our 15 weeks challenge which is awesome and I hate to have to do this but in order to keep track of things easier joining is now closed.   • I tightened the strap a lot maybe its just not wet enough it just keeps losing the signal
  • ty all for you help. I have a polar heart rate monitor but it konks out while i'm using it losing the signal which is frustrating when trying to get accuarate cals burned I have a fit bit also so maybe I'll try both next time I work out
