App doesn't show entries on web site?
So I downloaded the mfp app on my phone and entered my food into the diary, later on I logged on here and noticed my entry wasn't updated on here. What's up with that and is there anyway to fix it?

Tredmill and Shin Pain
Just a quick question. I've been going to the gym for about 2 months now and have been using the tredmill at about 5.0 walk to warm up before my workout and have noticed that the front of my shins start to hurt. Am I walking wrong or doing something wrong and is there some way to stop this from happening? Thanks.

Discouraged
Can someone please tell me why if I worked out everyday this week (except yesterday physically couldn't cuz of back issues) and logged my food and was under calories daily why I've gained weight when I checked today?

Is this right????
I did 45 minutes of Turbo Jam and entered it in here and it said that I burned 1,059 calories doing 45 minutes of Kickboxing (including Turbo Jam). Is this right it seems like an aweful lot of calories burned?
