what to eat?

Just wondering what your menus look like on a low carb day. I'm not sure what kinds of things to eat on these days any help would be appreciated. Thanks

For snacks, I usually have deli turkey with cheese (roll-ups) or a protein shake (chocolate protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, and 1 Tbs peanut butter). For lunch I usually stick with a salad with chicken breast, eggs (the whole egg, as that counts as a fat with the yolk), cucumbers, and Bolthouse yogurt dressing. Dinner can be difficult for me, but I try to have a lean meat cooked with olive oil and a low-carb vegetable.0
