I have all three and LOVE it! Though the calorie count is off on mine on the app. If you have a calorie counter on a Heart Rate Monitor, use that count.

9 + You look fantastic.

I stayed the same.... niether lost nor gained.

Close..... 29, but thanks! Sorry about that I didn't realize the problem until after I posted. ; ) I would guess 30 for you.

I am 29 and 4ft 6in tall. I started my weight loss journey in Feb. of this year and since then have lost a total of 46 lbs from my highest weight of 174. I am now 126.5 lbs and am loving it! Especially since I have not been this weight since junior high. For recipes, tips and more about my journey check out my blog at…

I still say the law abiding public has the right to own guns for self protection. Just because guns are outlawed doens't mean there will be less crime. Guns DO NOT provide want and opportunity to commit crime. They are nothing more than a tool which can be used in the commission of a crime. Same thing as a KNIFE or a…

If countries where the public has more guns have more crime, what do you call all of the riots going on in the UK right now? Also take a real look at the statistics not what you are being spoon fed. Haven't you heard of unground sales of illegal guns? Criminals will find a way to get guns whether they are illegal or not.…

I know, and the best thing is since I have been really watching calories and salt, without my being there, when grocery shopping my parents are starting to check the labels on the processed food. And while I hate being unemployed, I have been able to use that time to better my cooking skills, which my parents have been…

I agree, start with cutting out the junk food. If you have so little time, start pre-making lunches to take with you. Pack snack of fruits and veggies. Keep up on your logging no matter what.

Adorable! My 2 year old niece does kettle bells (at 10 lbs a pop LOL) and when she sees me doing pilates she's all "Cises, cises". She also knows where I have my pilates mat and band and she tries to grab them out of the cabinet and is all "Do cises auntie!" She also loves the chocolate protein drink and knows that…

I am not sure, I don't think that it is normal though. I would try making adjustments to your amount of carbs and protein. Also, if it continues for another week, then I would consult your physician.

I only have 2: Real Weight Loss (10 episodes in total) - Love this because it is hosted by someone who, while not a professional, has done their research and gone through weight loss. The host herself has lost 60 lbs. The Savvy Job Seeker

If you have time between classes and during lunch breaks take a 20-30 min walk. I did pilates dvds at hoome after work.

Ricotta is like a creamy version of grated parmesan cheese.

I agree with what someone else said about it being muscle gain. Make sure you have days where you're not workin out so much in between workouts to give you muscles time to rest. I know that muscles tend to save water around them in the beginning since your body isn't used to "strenuous" activity.
-
As far as I know, it does not. While you may be able to feel your bones on the sides, you still have your skin layer and fat layer. You are also measuring around your butt and your tummy so losing weight there and the number will go down.

Go to Kohl's, they have so many deals and discounts, I went shopping a couple months ago and got 6 pairs of pants 3 cami's and 3 bras originally $435 for only $150. All because I shopped in the 60-70% off section, and had a 30% off coupon.

Here's my newest picture: Finally in the upper mid 120s. Soooooooo close to my goal weight! 10lbs left to go!

I agree, I have the opposite problem. The pants I bought were about 5 inches too long even with buying petite. I discovered I had to buy longer "capri" or shorter "highwater" pants with 24-26" inseams because I am only 4' 6" tall with a 25 in inseam.
-
LOL you might find it silly, but mine is 1 cup of coffee a day. The caffine helps get rid of the excess sodium and also the excess water weight.
-
The healthiest fast foods, much to my suprise.... were 3 crunchy chicken tacos from Taco Bell at 450 and only 1050 mg of sodium.... just watch your sodium the rest of the day. Fresca version is even better. 6 piece chicken nuggets and apple slices from McDonalds at only 325 calories, 550 mg of sodium and 50 mg of…

If you have time, take a 20 min walk during your lunches. Do pilates or some other work out DVD at home when you can't get to the gym. At the gym, I would mke sure to stretch and warm up before doing about 10-20 min of cardio and 20-40 min of weight before cooling down. To make sure you are losing body fat % and the weight…

It depends on how fast you drop the weight and also how elastic your skin is. I have lost since I started MFP 41 lbs and I have no stretch marks, or saggy skin. In fact, a trainer I am friends with commented on that. So I think it's all to do with each person. It is definitely not going to be the same for everyone.
