Just took my bike for it's first ride on the trail I had been looking forward to this morning and had an awesome time. OMG, I sooooo remember this from the early 90s. It was always on in the morning at like 6:30 or 7. It was a way to help get kids up and getting healthy. This was PRIOR to all of the stuff they are trying now.

In the last year I have gone from a size 20 to a size 6-7-8 depending on the style. I have also lost 40 inches all over and 47 lbs. My profile pic, the right side is me in a size small shirt and size 7 jeans. Also spent an hour at the gym on weights and cardio.
