Yeah - it rained here and I was sort of hurting because of the doctor. So I didn't exercise - and I feel so horrid. I'm trying to eat 1,200 atleast but I'm struggling. - I always have this problem dieting, I eat too little and don't work out enough.

Hun. You are trying to lose weight --- and part of losing weight is facing your problems and not emotionally eating. No man is worth gaining a few pounds over --- and def not one that dumped you. If you want something sweet --- that isn't terriable for you, get one of those whip yogurts and freeze it. Tastes pretty good ---

You probably didn't really lose any cupsize you were probably a C all along, but the extra fat from around your boobs gets pushed into the cup and then the extra large band. And 34 C is the supposably the perfect bra size ... and I'm sure it's easier to find cute and cheap bras now ! XD I can't wait to be a C cup again.

Don't. You can do it --- I know the other day I was almost in tears when I realized how bad I had gotten during my depression. So I woke up at 7:30 --- and worked out. Any time you feel bad, you feel you can't do it --- go work out. Don't forget to log your exercise and be sure to eat all your calories. XD
