Sounds like you might need to shock your system. This is going to sound counter productive but you need to cheat on your calories and exercise for a day or so, and come back to it. What has happened is your body is used to the lower calories. I have the problem of not eating enough and putting my body in starvation mode…

That is probably muscle - or water retention... Are you drinking the amount of water you should drink? Which on average 2.5 liters and I think there is 8oz for every 30 minutes of working out or something.

Start eating sooner in the day. Eat smaller, more frequent meals and have atleast one "High" calorie meal a day ((Below 500 still)) Always remember to eat after you exercise (At least have of your calories burned)

Weight. And maybe height. The more weight you lose the less calories you get to eat, the bare min. is 1200 so make sure you eat all over calories and exercise calories to have the most effective weight loss. As well as 8 glasses of water XD

Their a few pills that work --- but only with proper diet and exercise. Nothing is going to work by still eating like 5,000 calories a day. ---
