  • You guys are amazing, honestly I read your posts all the time and I think you're al fantastic! I hope in time to have a much better understanding of my food intake and what my body requires. I've finally decided to makes some changes, so fingers crossed the future holds as good results as a lot of you have had.
  • Thank you so much for your replies. I'm drinking 1 or 2 meal replacement shakes a day (which is where the sugar comes from) and plenty of salad and veggies with them and a salad as my main meal. I know a lot of people don't agree with those types of drinks, but they work for me and are convenient.
