Many of the replies make it sound much more confusing than it is. Find out your BMR. How many calories your body needs to maintain your weight. Some of the calories are probably "negative calories" ---lemons, grapefruit, apples, etc. They take more to breakdown than the calories they actually contain. So they're essentially free with a bonus LOL. And I agree. Probably more to the story than they're showing.

Pound back the water. And change your snacks to anything on the "negative-calorie" list. Cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, apples, etc. Look it up, those will help.
