I also like Armour much better than Synthroid. I was hyperthyroid before, and Armour seems to take into account that my hypothyroidism is as a result of my radioactive iodine and not a genetic condition I had. I lose and gain weight like normal when I'm properly medicated.

Yes, definitely start logging again, even if it's in a notebook, even when you eat way more calories than you're burning. Just get into the habit of logging. When I'm properly medicated, I'm able to lose weight like normal. I'm on Armour thyroid, if you're looking for a recommendation on meds. You can Google other desiccated thyroid meds as well. If we're posting pics of burgers, I want in. I had this one earlier this week. It's got smoked gouda cheese, sauteed onions, jalapenos, bacon, and Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter. The paper journal is fine, as long as you're logging honestly. People will ask about your diary in order to help you on the forums. Do you know approximately how many calories you're burning on the elliptical or bike each time?

Are you actually logging the 1500 calories you've said you're consuming, or is that an estimate?
