L1D2 down!! I wasn't sure I was going to be able to walk today and am still struggling if I sit to long and then try to get up. My thighs and calves are screaming! I am going to do L1D3 tonight, but am not sure I can do it with same intensity. I can say that the video was a bit easier for me last night though. Can't wait…

Just did L1D1 last night...I am definetly feeling it today! I HATE jumping rope!! By the end cardio session my legs were shaking and my knees really hurt. Hopefully it gets easier. I love the abs sessions as it gives me a little time to breath. I am determined to get through this...Good Luck to All!!

I have the DVD already and would love to join you. I was doing it religiously a few months back and saw nice results but then I quit and now I'm back to where I started. This will be good motivation for me.
