I am a snacker. It keeps my sugar levels stable. I spread my calories out over the whole day and into the night as I work some really long nights.

I commend you on your ability to stick to it. It isn't fun being the one eating the weird foods. I know because my naturopath discovered I had food allergies and after removing those I have gone on to remove more and more things from my food intake. I feel so much better. Stick to it.
