i had the sleeve on june 11th. it was the best decision i have ever made. i have lost 54 lbs since june 11th! i have so much more energy, i actually like to exercise, and i'm never hungry. it changed my life for the better.

well, i jogged today! twice during my treadmill workout i cranked it up to 3 mph and jogged for a minute each time. so i guess i can do it!

i do mostly cardio. i walk on the treadmill, ride the exercise bike, swim laps and go to an aquacize class three times a week. so i know i'm getting in enough cardio. i have been thinking about adding in weight training too, but i honestly don't know how. i think i'll have someone show me how to use the upper body/arm…

my first goal is 298 lbs. that will make 100 lbs lost since january. should be sometime in october. i'm at 324 lbs right now. i haven't been under 300 lbs in 8 years, so i am pretty darn excited about getting there.

i was sleeved on june 11, 2013 and last week i noticed that i was losing a lot of hair. but my hair is so super thick and curly i could lose half of it and still have as much hair as most people. so i'm not too worried about it, but maybe i'll try that biotin to strengthen it and my nails which are very thin and weak.…

oh i have the front butt (yuck) too. mine hung almost to my knees when i weighed 398. i've lost 74 lbs so far and it does seem to be a bit smaller. i sure hope it continues to shrink as i continue to lose. it is the only part of me that i hate.

eat right and exercise? no kidding? that's what i do. everyday! have the surgery just gave me a little jumpstart. the rest of it is hard work all the way.
