Today was a good day. I felt in control all day and didn't go over my calorie goal and didn't binge. I'm really looking forward to November! If I can .. No.. WHEN I go a whole month with out binging even once, it will be the first time I have gone a whole month without binges! Sep was a good month. I only had 3 bad days.…

Just checking in for today before I go to bed. I felt in control today and I actually didn't have any cravings! I didn't do any exercising, other than some outside work around the house, but all in all.. it was a good day.

I'm totally all in 100%!! I too have had 7 binge days so far in Oct. I'm looking forward to this challenge of 1 whole month without any binges! Last night I had a binge. I was watching a movie on my laptop and decided that I just didn't care if I overate or not. Mine is usually a face pic, but I have been doing not so great on the eating this last week, so I decided to change it to my wonderful homemade salad with balsamic! Plus I like that its so colorful! :)

30 days ago I could barely walk 15 minutes, now I'm up to 26 minutes a day! :) ( and I don't feel like I'm gonna have a stroke after I'm done! ) Yaaaay! :happy:
