Hmmm.... my sweetie and I are scrimping trying to save up to pay off bills and save whatever we can to take the 3 kids to Disneyland in a couple of years, and to buy a bigger house... so.. whatever it is I reward myself with, it won't be anything I have to buy. I think just seeing the 10 pounds gone will be reward enough.

I'm Nixy. I weighed in at 292.6 this morning. I gained about 13 pounds in the last 3 months. I know I will lose this tho. I have always done 10 pound increments, so this challenge is perfect!

I've heard over and over by many ppl who lift heavy that unless your doping, you're not going to bulk up like a man. Now.. I'm not saying that this is gospel!.. but this is from ppl who know a lot about lifting.

I'm pretty much oblivious to it unless someone holds up a cardboard sign saying "Hey you! Yeah you.. I like you!" Which never happens ..... If I flirt.. I'm pretty straight forward about it.

I do her walks almost every day! Started with the 2 mile, then increased. I now do 5 miles and am just getting into 6 miles!
