I'm proud of the fact that even tho I had a binge last night, I didn't let it DEFINE my day today. If I could even keep my few binges to one day or a night everynow and then, I'd be much happier. I usually let them drag me down for at least 3 whole days of binge eating.

Sometimes fast food is the only option, especially if your in a car load of people and they dicide where to eat. It would be a good idea to take a few minutes and go to websites like Mcdonalds, Burger King, Wendys, Taco Bell, Arbys etc to find some lower calorie options and WRITE THEM DOWN in your phone ( I use Evernote)…
