i started synthroid TODAY and was at doc yesterday--high cholesterol is definitely related---google it. she believes that the thyroid isn't properly metabolizing my cholesterol so it's gone sky high. new to meds, hopefully they help...i hate having to take another med.

i think it's also great because of the antioxidants, so that's definitely another reason to drink it. it can be very healthy and also low/no cal. great way to beat the water boredom:)

i looked up this topic because it's annoying me. yes, i had some actual candy last night but most the sugar is from my nonfat vanilla greek yogurt. it pisses me off---is that really how much sugar you're supposed to have/ i don't have a medical reason to watch sugar, but that doesn't mean this doesn't concern me, yanno?

done WW twice and loved it but really loved the CORE program. now i'm here trying to track. i think that will help me best. i eat pretty healthy foods and follow a lower-carb diet but i need to track. which i hate. would rather not have to pay for that! would love to meet some friends. i'm 35 from the jersey shore.
