  • I will be your friend!!! :) I don't have many on here... you can add me.
  • I know exactly how you feel. I too have felt the same way and have fallen off the wagon. I just continue on. It is never a good feeling to really want that extra piece of something and not have it or to have it and not feel good about it either. It is a dilemma. I am face with it almost every day at work with the potato…
  • What a beautiful post. Very motivating. Thanks!!!
  • Hi Wendy. I also have the same problem. I'm what people call a hider eater. Last week I almost went to a OA (Overeaters Anonymous) meeting. I called for the information and then I was too embarassed to go. I'm still working up the courage to attend one of those meeting in the near future.
  • I'm definitely feeling the same way. I'm 37 and am not getting any younger. I'm also a shorty too, 5'0. I can't do another year of yoyo dieting again. I feel like I am too old for it and my body just can't take another weight lost and gain again. I feel optimistic about losing the weight this time around and am determined…
  • I must agree with you. I use to do the same. I cheated on my diet today so my day is ruin, I will start again tomorrow, next week, next month... that day never comes. Now I just continue on even if I didn't do too well today. I will begin right now and do better today and continue on the right path. Just do it!!!!
  • I agree BMI doesn't always work. For me I am 126 lbs at 5'0 tall and it shows that I am a little over weight using just BMI but they had to take my body fat to be more accurate and therefore I am in good standing. So you can't always use BMI, it's not always accurate.
  • I am also the same height as you and have a medium body frame too. I can never never weigh 100 lbs or less. I've been down to 126 lbs and I am perfectly happy there. Anything lower than 120 is too skinny for me. I look emaciated when I was 114. Not a good look for me but that is just me. So however it makes you feel is…
  • Hello. I feel the same way. I have only 1200 calories and I'm only a little person, 5 ft tall. I've always gone over my calorie allowance. I usually pick healthy nutritious things to eat but still I cannot maintain 1200 calories. I am still losing weight even when I exceed the 1200 calories. I guess it's not the calories…
  • Me too!! I feel exactly the same...instead I work weekends, fri, sat, sun and every other mon......so I have way too many days off toI cheat..... Too many days to cheat for me. The family stresses me out and I eat. I guess I need to find a second job. lol
  • It was creeping up for many years since I got with my boyfriend. We don't cook at home and eat out alot. It's difficult to count calories when I am pigging out at restaurants. At first I made an effort to stick to healthy alternatives then I didn't care. My sister's wedding was last weekend so I was trying to lose the…
  • Hello. I've been down this road many many times. I don't know how many times I've been thin and heavy. I am also very comitted to this. I'm fairly new to this and I really hope this will help me lose some weight and keep it off. Maybe we can motivate eachother to stay on track. :)
  • Lossing weight = 75% diet and 25% exercise. So yes, it is possible.
  • I'm sorry to say I've never had thigh gap, even at my slimest. So it just depends on your build. But it's ok, just as long as there is no chafing. I'm only 5 feet tall so from my heaviest at 168 to my lowest at 114. No, never had a gap. Though there is a difference between weight, chafing when heavy and no chafing when…
