  • true yes - thank you. i will therefore not be replying to board posts anymore.
  • LOL i think you are being more an enabler by replying at all. Just think if eventually you all stopped replying with "do a search" or popcorn cracks or rude comments then the thread would go away faster. just saying... And to be fair sometimes its nice to ask the question for yourself instead of reading some one elses one.…
  • well then why come in and get antsy about it!?
  • wow - no wonder you were grabbing popcorn. I have never seen such rude people on here before!
  • sometimes i eat my exercise calories back, but not always. To me though its not always about the calories. For instance if i ate bread but stayed under my calorie goal or just at it i wouldnt lose weight anyway. i think a lot depends on what you are eating and if you dont eat enough you body will think it is starving and…
  • I prefered level 2 - mainly cause i hate star jumps. I found them really hard on my knees which dont have much cartilage. Must say i havent done it for a while either though and i really should get back into it. Weight loss is fine but i am not liking the flabby bits!

  • An Aucklander here!
  • A juicer! And maybe be 10 kgs less than i am now.
  • Okay just looked at your food diary and i would be hungry on that too. Maybe add a bit of substance to your breakfast and lunch... a bit of wholegrain toast with your egg whites? maybe a small piece of cheese or avocado with your veges for lunch? or how bout oatmeal for breakfast then have your eggwhites with ketchup for…
  • if you dont log your workout then you wont know! thats my theory anyway. If you are eating right and not feeling hungry then it should be all good. I suppose though you could make sure you had a good meal before working out - maybe eggs, and eat high calorie good stuff like avocados or a handful of nuts.
  • i dont think an exercise regime is that important, but it is important that you are active more. Walking is a great exercise though and it doesnt require special equipment. Just meeting your calorie intake for the day and not doing anything to work it off wont get you far for long.
  • I usually change what i am eating. I dont cut down on calories much but sometimes changing seems to help. For instance i will have oats for breafkast instead of fruit and yoghurt. Its also good to re check your portion sizes and water intake. Maybe try a different exercise too.
  • Maybe just say thanks, but you havent seen me naked! Ok so that might only work with friends.
  • Exercise will help in the long run. if you consistently use energy boosters then your body will come to rely on them, once you stop using them and get fitter you wont need them any more.
  • couscous with tomato, capsicum, hummus, avocado, tuna - or whatever combination you like... thats my main lunch now, so easy and can be varied lots.
  • i dont know the answer sorry but do know when i did the free two week trial that i was given about 32 points so they arent all given 29. and yeah no points on fruit is too easy to go over board. i think a lot of people were finding they werent losing the weight cause they were eating too much fruit.
