  • Those of you who started at the beginning; we're almost there! Little less than a week everybody! Those of you who came in late; it'll go by before you know it. :smile:
  • Same! It makes me feel a lot more motivated to exercise as well.
  • Happy day 1 everybody! How's yours going? I forgot to go shopping yesterday so I've been living off leftovers and its making me grouchy, but otherwise I'm pretty pumped. :happy:
  • Natural sugars in fruits and such as fine. I haven't really thought about alcohol but I guess it'd be fine in moderation. The first few days are always tough (you feel really tired when suddenly deprived of sugar) but after that its pretty much clear sailing.
