Wow, what a difference! I have to say that 12 lbs for those of us who have over 100 lbs to lose barely makes a dent...and I couldn't find the dent lol. But you look great! Imagine when you get to your goal :flowerforyou:

Have you tried counting your carbs as well as your calories? Sometimes you can stay within your calories, but it's WHAT you eat. If it's all pasta, bread, and other high carb foods that might be a problem. You need protein and those low-carb veggies (celery, green beans, broccoli, etc). Don't know if this will help...just…
