I've only lost 30 - but was a really strong runner and generally super fit (raft guide, ect) before I went abroad and gained a ton of weight. I've never consistently used the gym. I call it an indulgence meal too! I try not to make it an indulgence day... but sometimes it happens. I've found it's easier for me to not crash and burn if I just have a meal, not a day.
