Most of the time its really hard to do clean bulks and things like that. Stuff like protein shakes and those huge protein bars you can find at some stores have helped me in the past when I was falling short of a specific number.

As long as you're getting enough protein, minerals, vitamins and such I think you're okay. As long as you aren't intentionally starving yourself you should be good to go. But I'm not any sort of nutritionist, just a biology student, so your mileage may vary.
