  • When I get stuck I shake it up a bit. Do something you don't normally do. Do a new workout out Video of Try YouTube for one. You have to shock your body by going over and beyond what you normally would do.
  • I live on the coast. Average temp 55-65 Degrees. Windy and rainy or Partly sunny with showers in the winter time.
  • Last Weeks Weight: 177lbs Current Weight: 176lbs (I weight myself on Mondays only and this is my weight) Total Weight Lost Last Week: 1lb Total Weight Loss In Challenge So Far: 3lbs Total amount left to complete Challenge: 12lbs
  • I was going to switch to a digital scale as I have the one with the needle and most the time it is the same. But I have to zero it out every morning and put it in the same spot. I am going to go to Wal-mart today and step on a scale and see if it is the same as the one at home. Give or take because I have eaten today.

  • Shake it off and bring some good numbers next week! Besides weight in is tomorrow so it may be water weight.
  • Honesty I have never dressed up as a adult, but I told my son that I will dress up as a sidekick or a villain to what he chooses this year to be. So I will just wait and see.....:noway:
  • I have been doing weigh in's on Mondays, It seems to keep me going through the weekends. But Thursdays Work too! I guess just post "First Weigh in" And we will follow your lead.

  • Well my suggestion to you is to go to YouTube and watch the trailer for the program. Then type in "Insanity Results" Their are a lot of people who were 200+ both male and female that did the 60 day challenge and completed it. They of course didn't have a chiseled body like the people in the trailer, but they lost a huge…

  • Thank you! I wouldn't have even have thought about the added calories that nuts would bring. I will be checking labels for sure. Also the pumpkin seed ides sounds like something I will give a shot to.
  • Thanks. Yes the Gym here has some however they don't allow children under 12 Years of age so I can't workout at the gym. But I think that once I get a good Used cycle trainer it will be just the same as the ones at the gym. Thanks for your reply.

  • It will be next year when we can ride our bike there. My son is 5 going on 6 in December so he can't ride that far. I am going to start cycle training in my house this summer and Winter so I can make the ride next year. I think it is 6 Miles from my house to the park, so round trip would be around 12 Miles.
