You have to put it in manually. Also use a HRM to get a accurate calorie burn.

Yes they are real. I have a friend who started her journey at 220lbs, she is now down to 135lbs. She looks great! Watch youtube and see real peoples journeys. It is amazing!

Great Job! Keep it up! The workouts are great! I am on day 8 today (Yesterday was a rest day) and I am looking forward to getting my butt kicked. When I finish it I am on top of the world!
