No results?!

I completed Month 1 of Insanity Saturday and I haven't seen any noticeable results. My endurance and stamina are much, much better than they were before. I can't follow the meal plan exactly (low funds= no separate diet just for momma) but what I do eat on a regular basis is very similar to what they say to do in the meal plan. I upped my intake to around 1800 calories for the entire month and I have just maintained, no more, no less. According to my HRM, I burn 400- 500+ calories per workout depending on which workout I'm doing. I have to take more breaks than I would like as I have asthma but not for long (5, 10 seconds MAX!). I've had some training (schooling, towards certification, etc.) as a personal trainer and according to my training and my calories burned I should be shedding the body fat and/or weight easily. I'm so confused about why or how it's not working for me. This the longest I have ever done a program without getting any results. Should I start the first month again to perfect my form even more or should continue the schedule that comes with the Insanity program? Please help!!

You don't always lose weight doing the program. You are exchanging body fat for muscle. Which means at some point you may have gained weight during your month of Insanity. If you had a great amount of weight to loss in the first place you would be able to see a greater change in the mirror, if not then your appearance would look similar and you would notice a difference in your breather, stamina, and your energy throughout the day before you would see abs and such. For example, I start my recovery week tomorrow and I have lost close to 8-9lbs and 3-4 inches. However I knew before I started that I wasn't going to SEE a huge difference in the mirror because I am over weight but only show it in my mid-section. It takes me a very long time to see results in my mid-section. So here I am 30 days into the program and I feel great, have energy, loss some weight, feel stronger, but I don't physically see any changes in my appearance, but I don't get down because I know in time they will come. As long as you are following along and doing your best I would continue onto you recovery week and the last 4 weeks. After you have completed the program you can always start at day 1 again! That is what my plans are after I complete T25 first!
