They recommend that you eat back calories. I eat when I am hungry and don't when I not. At the end of the day I am usually 300-400 under my calories, but am not hungry. Just go with what your body is telling you to do.

I used to have this problem! My solution? I choose healthy snack with low calories. Carrots, celery, flavored rice cakes(there are good ones), Dried fruit (Chewy kind), and most important...Made myself stop eating with mind over matter. Drinking lots of water and fiber rich foods also help you stay fuller longer.

I weigh myself in the morning. I think that is what they say to do to get your actual weight.

For one stop stressing over it! That make you gain weight. Then ask him for help! What better coach then your hubby. Stopping thinking that it is so easy because it is not. Yes he may have loss weight and looks great but more if not close to all have to put in the effort to get the results. You can do it!
