Don't weight yourself if you don't wanna weigh yourself. What works best for everyone else might not work for you...I have failed more trying to do things the way other people do it...i'm doing it my way this time and it's working :-)

5'5" I don't weigh often, maybe once every week or 2. I didn't weigh myself when I started so it was a guess. I'm 3 weeks in on here and it is helping me so much, Everyone is noticing that i'm slimming up and my clothes are starting to get a little loose.. I'm 29, from NC (born and raised) 1 daughter 1 step son...trying to get out of the 200's before my 30th on 4/15/15! I log everything in my open diary and exercise almost every day. Add me, the more the merrier!

I get very "naked" food, like instead of a chicken sandwich with bacon, cheese, onion strings, mushrooms, swiss and a garlic butter bun...just go with a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato...to me the more ingredients in the dish or on the sandwich the more salt and junk you'll end up eating without knowing…

5 days in for me! I'm not a weigher but I do keep a very detailed open diary. Currently I'm about to bust out of a size 16 jeans, aiming for size 12, trying to firm the jiggle quite a bit! Add me :-)

I'm watching my sodium VERY close so I do log my salt and salt blends, but if there are no sodium or calories I just let it go.

I feel sorry for people who have forgotten what real food is. :ohwell: Your lunch sounds delicious! I brought watermelon, baby spinach, fresh tomatoes, and fresh cucumbers for my office this week...that's how I help them but if they choose not to eat it I sure will! :happy:

I've been a sleep eater as long as I can remember. I like them in oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and smoothies. For me, they are just a way of bulking up a meal and they are a good source of omegas :-) I love the texture and they are completely tasteless.
