  • To tell you the truth I don't lose weight if I don't feel hungry at least for some of the day. You are working out a lot so are you sure you are calculating the calories burned correctly? Maybe you're burning more than you think you are. Interesting about the vitamin D as well. Sugar free gum helps too!
  • I just put them in as circuit training general and it figures out how many calories....seems to be working :smile:
  • All I can say...it works! Been here since January and reached my goal and am now using it to maintain....I find I don't mindlessly eat anymore and it's easier to stay on track with the exercise, it's so worth it!!

  • Since you made it yourself can you figure it out by the nutrients in the ingredients you added, then just divide the total by the serving size? It will probably be still a guesstimate but should be closer...
  • How about whey protein powder in juice....anywhere from 20 to 35 gm of protein per scoop depending on the brand.. and very little fat...mine has .3 gm fat per scoop.
