I doubt these are new, but i haven't seen them mentioned here of late. They are chicken breakfast sausage from ALDI's Never Any brand. They are super yummy and heat up well in the microwave. 50 calories a link and 6g of protein. I also like that the sodium is decent for a sausage at 170mg.

You have to be part of the quest labs. http://www.questnutrition.com/questlabs

Brilliant!

Making your food at home is really key to this. Even healthy options at restaurants have crazy amounts of sodium. Grocery shop around the outside of the store (fresh produce, meat, seafood, dairy). Deli meat also has a ton of sodium. Cheeses can be up there too. If you know that you're going out for lunch for example, just…

Okay y'all, I just tried the Walden Farms apple butter spread. The taste is sweet and tangy and spiced. It was awesome on butter toast. The downside, as you can see, is that it spreads like jello. I'm hoping it melts a bit because that is going on my next baked sweet potato.

I love sweet potatoes! I just bought a massive amount of them as they were on sale 0.49 a pound in my area. I look for the smallest ones as I'm diabetic and must watch my carbs. I eat one every day for dinner and it is usually my only source of carbs for that meal. I coat the skin with .25 tsp of olive oil and some kosher…

I make pizza crust with it, http://detoxinista.com/2014/02/vegan-cauliflower-pizza-crust/, we use it for stuffed peppers and stirfry too. My hubs uses it for pasta on occasion.

I just logged into quest labs and there are no cereal bars.... Love to try the chocolate peanut butter!

Tried Halo Top Red Velvet last night. Pretty awesome. Has the chocolate chips I needed in the cookie dough flavor. This will stay on rotation after I've tried s'mores and almond crunch.

I love my garmin vivofit 2. I think they are in the $70 range most places. It doesn't track heart rate in the wrist band, but does have a chest band bundled with it if you want it. I have the chest strap and it doesn't work well, especially if your cell phone is anywhere near it! I fought with the thing for months and even…

Hi Chris! I'm Jenn. T2D diagnosed in 2014. I'm 35, married and mother of a nutty 4 year old boy. I couldn't ride a roller coaster with my son in 2015 because I was too big and that was what made me decide to change. I've lost over 100lb and cut my A1c nearly in half. I'm off my blood pressure meds and down to metformin…

I love making homemade hummus. The international grocery near me always has the best prices on garbanzo beans in the Indian section. I just checked out the nutrition profile on these and was pleasantly surprised by the sodium count not being too much per serving. Kudos to Bush's. Ooo, I bet this would be good tossed on…

Those look amazing. I miss pretzels. Especially pretzels dipped in pb.

I was being diplomatic, since I thought I might have a one. Might have been and ice chip.

Had the Halo Top Cookie Dough this weekend. The bits of cookie dough were very good, but teeny tiny and there were not many of them. Chocolate chips were essentially nonexistent. I've had Cookie Dough and Sea Salt Caramel so far. Neither compare with how good the plain vanilla bean is. The vanilla bean, to me, feels really…

Yes, the carbs are crazy for the whole cookie. There is no way I could just eat half.

Saw it on opening day (my birthday!). I really liked it. I thought it was pretty good for an origin story. Dr. Strange's transformation from *kitten* to super hero was very well played by Cumberbatch. I seriously did not like him when he was a doctor or a whiny convalescent. Seeing him embrace and succeed at the mystical…

That's crazy about the price. In October, when they were still in quest labs, the price was $10.99 a box, still $1.99 each, but you didn't have to pay for so many at once. It never occurred to me that they would change how many you got in a box and the price would go up once they left the labs. Boo! At least they kept the…

I agree that a doctor is a good idea, especially if you're food intake is the same was it when you weighed more.

Tried these for the first time today. Gabe's (like tjmax) had them for $1.99 a box. Well worth that price. The ingredient list is not a wholesome as the Kind Blueberry Pecan bars that I compared them too, but the blueberry flavor is there and it's pretty good. Slightly smaller 1.2oz instead of 1.4 for the Kind bars, but…

Oddly enough, or maybe not, I joined a fat acceptance group on Facebook about 6 months before I decided to get healthy. I stopped hating my body or myself for being that way (300lbs). I now believe that mindset set me up for success when I decided to get healthy. I'm down over 00 lbs and cleared to stop my high blood…

Perfect description! I love mine! got mine at walmart for $80

That's pretty awesome. I was having a hard time visualizing the serving size. So I looked at the serving size for a Thomas bagel, which is 95g and 53g of carbs for a plain one. The website did not have any good new for me though, don't appear to be sold in my area. *sadface*

They are pretty good. They are on the drier side, which I actually like more than gooey. I can smell a coffee when I open the packaging, which is odd because there is no coffee in the ingredients. They just taste like chocolate though. The chips add nice texture, so it's not monotonous. That all said, I probably won't buy…

Yes, I saw that too.. Makes it' a bit more appetizing... I've been needing some blueberry muffin bars....

Ok, soo late to the party but finally had a blueberry muffin quest bar. It was delightful and I will be ordering a case as soon as I can find a decent discount/free shipping. On the other hand, sadly my body rejects Oh Yeah birthday cake. I enjoyed one last night, but this morning, not so much.

hmm maybe I got a bad batch....

97... which I know is a fine number, but I've been trending in the 90s and low 100's this week. I need to look my diary and see what's going on. I've kept my carbs in check mostly, but I haven't been strict about getting a set amount at each meal. Boo for having to do work.

I wanted to like the olive one. I really did. Here's my take on it from a few weeks ago.
