Thanks for all the suugestions. Some great ideas.i do love sweet potatoe, and love the idea of veggie chips. i have decided on Stir frying steak with chillis and soy sauce, and tendertseam broccoli and serving with egg fried quinnoa :)

Great Thank-you for all your suggestions :) I am looking more to the sides etc ... usually we would have steak cooked on a griddle pan, with a creamy peppercorn sauce, white potatoes boiled then deep fat fried, with mushrooms and onions fried in butter. this was only ever a treat but im sure sooo calorific.
