I'm going to say probably not. I'm nowhere close to your measurements, but I was hoping for a similar outcome. I've lost 90 pounds so far and, ironically, gone from a 44DD to 38G. An even more inconvenient size.

100%. Outdoor exercise like hill walking and hiking is my primary stress reducer. I call it rage hiking... I'm in it for the endorphins.

I'm a lifelong vegetarian. I recommend trying a variety of different beans, peas and soy preparations to see what you like. Mix it up with different whole grains. Nutritional yeast is delicious added to all kinds of stuff. If you cook, check out the Thug Kitchen cookbook for vegetation meal ideas.

Sedentary at a loss of 1.5# per week. I add back 1/2 or more of the calories that I burn. When I updated my goals today at my current weight, the calories went down to 1380. I'll see if I can hang with that.

Thanks everyone! I think that helps me decide how to move forward. I suppose I did answer my own question: tighten up logging, up my exercise and be patient. I appreciate your insights.

That sounds like a scary experience, so it's great that it wasn't anything serious. I'm in agreement with the above posters, and I'm also in the same boat. I've started hiking and walking in the hills as my primary way of working out. When I started in Feb, I was over 100 pounds overweight and during the first little hike,…

All that I can add is to reiterate what other posters have already said: your doctor was completely out of line in the way that he treated you. Get rid of him first. But, yes, you can get pregnant at any weight. I got pregnant at my heaviest weight, 295 lbs, and had a healthy pregnancy and relatively easy natural…

About the machines: they're resistance-based (or whatever the correct term is) and the faster and harder you push them the more workout you get. The part that I hated was the forced social contact. The ladies , although they were all very sweet, weren't happy about me working up a sweat and not really wanting to visit. But…

Ok, I'll give up pizza... even if it's the kind with broccoli. Seriously my weakness and I don't need that white flour!

@jb_2011 Are you in Eugene by any chance? I just planted my first starts of the season yesterday and I'm pretty excited about it. Last year in the Pacific NW we had so many false starts to our summer that I'm feeling cautious about planting too early again. But I can't wait... Yay for springtime!

I could use another challenge! My name is Ariel. I'm turning 30 this summer and my job has recently become pretty sedentary. From sales and heavy lifting to computer work so my goal is to spend every spare minute not sitting down. I love gardening and being outside in the sun. I'm relieved that spring is finally coming to…
