My goal sounds high now! I'm aiming for 180ish but I'm not even sure of that. My LBM is 161 and if I keep all that, 180 might be lower than I need. My real goal is 20% body fat!

I had that problem too... and I'm relieved that I'm not the only one! I loosened my shoes a bunch and try to keep my weight on my heels some. Surprisingly, when I tried Zumba for the first time last week I had the same problem. If anyone knows what that's about, let me know!

I was raised vegetarian (with eggs and dairy) and I'm actually trying to broaden my protein options. I still would never really eat red or processed meat but I'm trying to incorporate a little chicken and fish. I have a lot of vegetarian experience, though!

Tuna salad. Even though I'm not a big fish fan, there's only like 100 calories in an entire can. If you add a little mustard or whatever you like ( I use canned jalapenos) and use it as a dip for lo-cal crackers it can be a perfect high-protein, low calorie lunch a couple times a week.

Nice, I'm starting to get the gardening bug this spring too. I have a garden every year although last summer in Oregon was so late and soggy that it was a frustratingly short growing season. We added ducks and chickens to the mix last year so in late summer it's almost a full meal coming out of our yard!
