I lost over 122lbs by solely sticking to MFP and tracking what I ate. Eat whatever you want, don't think of this as a diet or anything. Perhaps split a long workout into chunks so instead of doing a long 30 min workout do 15 mins in the morning then 15 mins before bed?

I've lost about 60lbs in a year and in total about 100lbs now. You just have to start. There will be ups and downs, but a few months from now you'll be so glad you started. Stick with MFP and use it properly and you'll see results.

I'm the same! My BMI has been in the obese range for well over a decade, and right now I'm literally 0.5 or so away from being 'overweight' instead of obese.
