Jan 1 - 175.5 Jan 9 - 174.0 1.5 lost I'm pleasantly surprised by this result - I had a few outings this last week which made consistent tracking of food/calories difficult. But I tracked as much as I could - it must have worked!

Hi there, I'd like to join this group - I find group challenges very motivational and fun. I was very successful for a while, but seem to have been stuck in a plateau for quite some time. I currently weigh 166 and would like to get down to 145.

Thank you! I hate to admit this, but I think I expected to look slimmer than I do by now. While I definitely see results- I thought they would be more dramatic at 35 pounds down. I'm only 5'4"

I guess I should have included a comparative picture of when I started - technically this is almost 10 pounds down - but it's as close to a start photo as I have.

I have found two things that have helped me; 1) make sure each meal includes adequate amounts of protein and a little fat - these will help you feel full longer. Can you add a bit of peanut butter to your smoothie? Maybe cook an egg white as a side?? 2) While drinking water is helpful - I read that hot liquids help more -…
